If you have not done much running and decided to start running after hearing that you can combine Travelling, Marathon and Photography (and even more) together. I will be glad and excited if you decided after reading this blog.
This is an article that I came across for reference for getting start on running. Remember that each of us are different and take this as a guide and not a have to follow list.
Most importantly, you need to listen to your body and not to ignore any potential signs that your body is trying to tell you. Take it slow and easy and build it up from there.
You are running against the distance and yourself and you are not competing against anyone, so run at your own pace.
