Due to heavy downpour, I went for a short run on a treadmill. I don’t like to run on a treadmill for a start. View was consistently the same, it was boring and the time feels just lengthen.
However, treadmill does has its own advantages and one of it being making me more aware of my breathing and posture. There are too many distractions & dangers to lookout while runner outdoor.
Environment on treadmill is safe and gives more time for personal reflection. I can see how I land my leg, how I move my arms and focus on my breathing against my landing.
