You can achieve more than you thought.

To be honest, I am running out of things to write as I have not found my next destination for my marathon. Having said this, I am on the constant lookout of finding something to share and here we are.

I have been on 16/8 intermittent fasting and finding it not difficult to execute. When I am talking to others about not eating, they were cautious and asking if there’s any side effect. There is, getting too light and skinny that one might need to change their wardrobe.

It is not until I have done it that I can share my experience that it’s actually not that difficult. This same experience can be link to running a Marathon too. What’s difficult is not getting it started and not staying in motion throughout the race.

Believed that you can and start challenging yourself to achieve something that you thought impossible. Make it to be “once thought to be impossible”!
